字门拳诀

">此手出去,变法多端。起手周身俱要和软,不可先行用力,用力难变。起手眼紧认其胸,心勿怯,怯则误;举手从腿边起,以二指为主,如箭射红心,不可虚发。左右要顾自身,桩带逼吸二字,脚不丁不八,全要和软,心归一,胆放大,发出必无差误。此残之定势,变化俱从此,始大用在推字详之。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">推字图注:</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">十八字艺之中,所重者残推二字,余防世人不明,备而运用之,故残者探也。惟推功莫大焉,字字循环,俱赖推字之功得之。功多艺巧,手法虽变化无穷,至终尽归推字化用。致称标手,手出去,要拈紧,大用在小掌一点之功,肩要消,膝要紧,步要活稳,不宜立阔,阔难变,谨防失放,方无差误。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">援字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">援者救也,防外门披拦截砍,双单擒拿,左右巡边抖肘,来势甚猛,即变此救之。彼若将吾手托开,走边门用老担拦黄莺,抓肚势,当即向前进步,举手援住不放,左右亦托手肘,近一步,隐紧擦撒推疾去之。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">夺字图注: </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">捺者按也,乃演吾手练就一股沉劲至手坚紧,随按不离,交手切莫离身,彼左亦左,彼右亦右,就其虚动之势,隐撒推疾去其速也。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">逼字图注 </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">逼者闭也,遇其身强力大即用之,举手即闭,一闭即推,此借彼势力,使其实为虚,为吾得势之用也。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">吸字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">吸者缩也,逼吸二字相连运用,存心时刻莫离,有保救诸字之功。如吾手发出,倘有用双擒手按住者,有想取我胸胁者,有想取我下部者,本手不能发出,势在危急,当用此救之,学者仔细详之可也。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">贴字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">此一手变法,倘遇有肩峰坐肘,明进吾身,势甚凶猛,本手不能发,即变此克之,乘其虚之意,在顺势一点之功。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">插字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">此一手变法,倘外来披拦截砍手,双盖手,肩峰坐肘,来势勇猛,举手不能进取,即变此克之,全仗一股坚劲之功。手落时肩贴他肩,左手帮助同去,亦有三分借彼势力,乘其虚之意也。倘内来披拦截砍,双单擒拿,即变左插取之。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">抛字图注 </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">此一手变法,吾手一出,彼用披砍手明进吾身,想砍下吾手,重在相拈之时,用一浮字兜住彼手内转,手头收半手,左手封住彼身势,隐擦撒紧推,无有不去者。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">托字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">此手法有帮佐诸字之功,俱不能离,学者当熟习之,有奇妙之功。但有一手,例如吾手一出,彼用双盖手盖住吾手,意想取我上部,吾变重在相变之时,勿与彼盖下去,手插进,用一股软劲兜住,左手封逼,使彼难变,隐紧推之,无有不去者。此借势力,乘其虚之意也。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">擦字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">此手用法,倘吾手发出,彼用练步,躲闪身势,吾当脚随彼转,手贴不离,浮在何处,即在何处用之。或有用外双擒手托住者,即先分他虎口,身紧一步,手上带按,隐紧逼撒推疾相连运用,无有不去者。此惊彼慌张,为吾勇猛之用也。或有用双分手,将吾手托住其顶,意想取我胸胁,或想取我下部,吾当追进一步,即在顶上,隐紧逼撒推疾去之,用牵字带下。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">撒字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">此一手与推字相近,彼若明取吾身,当即用此,彼左即左,彼右即右,随向进步,勿怯势力,一吐便取,大有消散脱离之功,学者当熟练之。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">吞字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">吞者没也,防内、外、上、中、下五门,用披拦截砍手、双分手、双盖手,来势凶猛,本手难取,即变此克之,使彼莫测,变实为虚,大用在吐字详之。   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">吐字图注</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">吐者伸也,吞吐二字,相连运用,出没令彼莫测,方为得用。若遇身强力大,上部勇猛者,即变此用之,此借彼势知其虚之意也。以上诸字,循环俱在推字之中,学者仔细详之,无他论矣。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">下盘八扇歌诀   胡遗生</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">狮子抖毛鹏展翅,铁牛耕地蝴蝶扑,辕门左右亲紧身,翻腾舒展膝落速,</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">眠羊卷草连根起,寒鸡抱不久练熟,手似猿猴脚似猫,任彼刚强须惧服。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">八字要诀余克让</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">残:残者,软也。如人手疾毫无气力,二比相争而不着力,反软何也。因硬不能活变,软则四方可取也。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">推:推者,吐也。手法向前推人跌扑,不推岂有自跌之理乎。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">援:援者,救也。彼取我内关耳目心胸紧急之处,若手不回救,则被其伤矣。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">夺:夺者,抢也。彼取我外关耳项肋边腿足等处,我即回势以夺之也。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">牵:牵者,顺也。力能敌不与其斗,取向顺势牵之也。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">捺:捺者,按也。彼往上招或抛托者,不轻按则手浮飘矣,又岂可分推乎。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">逼:逼者,阻也。近挡其势,便阻其力,让彼逼死,无能用者也。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">吸:吸者,吞也。彼用力打我手,若以硬斗手必被伤,会用软进,以消其力,自不必受痛也。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">袖珍十八法余克让   </span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;">太极:一身总太极,二脚为根基。阔狭由长短,如山不可移。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">阴阳:全身三转折,阴阳上下贴,动静瞻前后,砥柱硬如铁。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">子午:如何是子午,头面对针锋,两户并两膝,上下总相同。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">浮沉:浮如云出岫,沉似石投江,左右常相顾,坐腿把阴藏。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">吞吐:吞身如鹤缩,吐手若蛇奔。鼓撼随风入,轻重左右分。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">捋推:捋风挨手入,筋脉要流通。直硬将柔制,推动不用功。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">圆滚:出手刚柔济,摇铃肘脉圆。沾衣如滚浪,贴肉要生根。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">抖落:抖落法最奇,中偏要防提。软出须硬起,翻身任施为。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">沾靠:出手防牵制,翻腾切莫迟。沾衣即滚肘,靠吸在柳移。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana; ">进退:欲知进与退,退败进自生。他若追进户,三错部位偏。</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Verdana;
